Oh my God! The Brazilian Duke 3D Genesis port? That's both an awesome game for being the only FPS on the Genesis, and horrible for turning Duke into a z-grade Wolfenstein ripoff...

 

It's epicly rare too, so good luck playing it on a real MegaDrive...

hardest game i've played was sniper: ghost warrior, the reason was the enemy AI's difficulty ranged from easy as hell to so hard you're actually contemplating hacking the console(with nothing in between). usually it was in the same mission too, i kept it for a week.

I torrented it, and removed it from my hard drive 6 minutes after starting playing. I had a successful snipe on that first guy that you're not supposed to be able to kill, and that was enough to show me that the game sucked. Not to mention the AI that could see me when I was immobile, invisible, and even when I had some console invisibility cheats on. (and then sniped me from 600yds with AK-47s on full automatic)

Any game on Kongregate with an impossible badge. Meat boy. And a number of old NES classics. I've always found Megaman to be really difficult.

Empire Earth 1 english campaign. i never managed to get past level 2. the game asks me to fight this HUGE army (say, 500 enemies) with my 200 and my ally's 50 (the ally's AI is SHITE) and kill the leader of that army. thing is, if i do manage to kill him, the game wants me to kill the rest of the army (after loosing 1/2 of my men trying to kill that bastard).

Hardest game for me would be Far Cry 2 on the hardest difficulty (Which Includes No Crosshair).
