Because you can't give a child such an important choice. Because as child you don't have a good sense of responsibility and outlook of your future. As a child you don't really care, you live in the moment, which is the fun of being a child. This however can backfire if you give a child the ability to make choices with such an impact on the future of your live.

“Oh my gosh, didn't you see it?!” The earth pony was actually in tears as he stopped his gallop to face the two mares.

Rarity and Rainbow Dash exchanged a confused look. “Uh...”

“It's a double rainbow!” The pony was actually shuddering and as he cried. “It's a full-on double rainbow all the way to the Clydesler Building! What does it mean?!”

Verbosity, also known as prolixity or garrulousness is a noun, or word used as the name of a thing, that refers to an excessive, superfluous, even redundant amount of words employed in a manner which does nothing to convey a more accurate meaning; especially in cases where the meaning of the sentence could quite efficiently be conveyed using a much smaller amount or number of words.

And by the way, it's not about making money, it's about taking money. Destroying the status quo because the status is not quo. The world is a mess and I just... need to rule it.

Facts and Info about the element Neon - IUPAC and the Modern Standardised Periodic Table

The Standardised Periodic Table in use today was agreed by the International Union of Pure Applied Chemistry, IUPAC, in 1985 which includes the Neon element. The famous Russian Scientist, Dimitri Mendeleev, perceived the correct classification method of "the periodic table" for the 65 elements which were known in his time. Neon was discovered by Sir William Ramsay and one of his students, Morris W Travers in 1898. The Standardised Periodic Table now recognises more periods and elements than Dimitri Mendeleev knew in his day but still all fitting into his concept of the "Periodic Table" in which Neon is just one element that can be found.
