Now time for Fallout Equestria: Project Horizons it is just as good if not better then the original FoE. Didn't get ne wrong FoE was the God of fanfics but FoE:PH got me more involved with the story/characters. So get reading... NOW!

Honestly, I'm so relieved to have finished the damn thing I'm not going to be starting up again any time soon. And If I do, I think I'll read Pink Eyes first because it seems a little less grimdark and more importantly COMPLETE. Project Horizons is just too huge, I don't want to get sucked into it like I did the original, and that one at least had a definite size. Also Murky Number 7 looks pretty good, may give that a try, but once again it is unfinished, though small. The only reason PH looks interesting is because it's one of the most popular and is (I'm pretty sure) the only of the three that takes place after the original, which is something I look forward to.

I know what you mean, Pinks. I can't commit to massive things like that, especially if I'm writing (Flash is still sitting in unannounced Hiatus on FimFiction, as is my Cake Twins fic...) Reading a story takes every ounce of my time. Once I get sucked in, nothing else matters. A story like FoE would destroy me and cause a lot of problems down the road.

Yep. For a while I was trying to pace myself, then I said "screw that" and just read multiple chapters in one sitting. By the end it was 4AM and my legs were shaky.

And because I feel like talking about it but Dr. Whooves is the only guy I know who read it and he doesn't do steam chat:

Lion and Mouse are two of the most bad-ass mofos I have ever seen anywhere. Followed by Spike.

Fluttertree made me facepalm a bit, and made BraveTriforcer flip a table, but I liked it because it melds seemlessly with the tree character from Fallout 3, to the point where both had cults they didn't want, and the whole point of killing joke is that it does stuff like that.

Seriously, that ending sucked. I can deal with killing off characters, but I hate the when characters are made helpless like that.

I like what they did with Celestia. Very clever and I didn't see it coming.

It was weird in the later chapters when I could tell exactly which episode the author had last seen based on the references, but the way he worked in new stuff (practically like the memory spell or emotionally like Apple Pie) was commendable.

Saw the raider mirror, bearers of the elements, and soul jar statuettes coming, but not who made the statuettes.

Didn't guess lilpip's virtue or the form the elements would take.

Really interested to see what happened with the alicorns, most of the reason I want to read side-stories.

FoEPH dose not take place after FoE but at the same time

If you don't have the time or something you can just lysine to a very very VERY well make reading of it on YouTube. It's made by scorch238 he's has chapters 1-21 done and he's still making them, you bolth should really give them a look.

Sorry to be argumentative and all, but a dramatic reading would take even longer than reading it myself. 30,000 word chapters don't get done any faster because someone else is reading them. The mind reads faster than the mouth (no offense, considering your condition) so I can't just take that as an alternative. I'll still spend days listening to it and I'll probably miss a lot of meals and schoolwork for it.

Oh it not that it faster (and it's not even for me, I can read faster then most just not out lowed) it's that you can do other stuff whal it's being read saving time because you don't have to chose between reading and other stuff

Frankly, that's even worse. I can't multitask worth shit. I either wouldn't get my work done, as I'd be distracted by the reading, or I wouldn't even listen to the recording. It would become background noise and I wouldn't retain a word that was spoken to me.

Basically, I used to have ADHD. It's under wraps enough now that it's not debilitating, but I can still be easily distracted.

Yeah, you can't really focus on something while you're listening to a story. And if you can, it's usually because you're ignoring the story to work, but then the story gets into your subconscious, and you do NOT want subconscious suggestions in your head from a story as violent as that one. That's just begging for trouble.

Dude, nice!

I'm going to submit this poem to Crapplejack for her most recent post:

To feel the pounding all around,

Great explosions following your every move,

To know that every person will not hesitate,

To kill You,

It is a frightening feeling assured,

But to kill under such stress,

With the simple pull of a trigger,

Is merely instinct.

But to feel anger and hatred within your soul,

And to rip and tear with one's own hands,

To hear the screams of terror and agony,

As flesh is torn from flesh,

Is a horror all it's own.

One soul cannot bear the burden,

Of another's life.

So to wake up from a fit of rage,

And find yourself with bloodied hooves,

Knowing that your life is stained,

With evil wine that can't be cleaned,

A sense of being lost rises,

And torments your very core,

For now you are the criminal,

In a crime of passion.
