I wouldn't mind as much if people didn't go overboard with it. I don't mind people having favorite pairings, it's just the way people go about it. I have seen ARGUEMENTS about which shipping is 'better' on various shows even though that whole thing is entirely subjective.

I don't go for the overboard stuff. If I wanted porn I'd search it. But I like romance, and there ARE (despitewhat some hardcore haters of the genre say) really good stories out there.

 

Allegrezza and S&H are 2 of the much better ones.

 

And on that note I was actually in a TF2 match earlier organized by the author of Allegrezza. So much organized brony in 1 place, my internet couldn't handle it!

I just learned that there wasn't an episode aired last saturday.

My response to shipping is the same as it would be if it were human romance. Its a nice thing to put in a story, but if its the basis of the story, I won't read it.

 

As for tunblrs, there are far too many for me to pick a few to read, but I love ask-jappleack despite its utter inappropriateness, and woonastuck is a nice adventure twist that doesn't rely too heavily on daaawwww.

 

I just learned that there wasn't an episode aired last saturday.

Yes, it is sad. And there won't be one tomorrow either. But then there will be one.

 

It sucks, because I'm staying with my Dad during Winter break, and he has the Hub and a huge TV, but of course there are no new episodes. But he has DVR, so I recorded some of the repeats, and my dad is cool enough that he is not only not ashamed of me but will watch the episodes with me, if only because he's an animator himself (3d animator, that is, not 2d).
