For the record, I still have never called myself a Brony and still don't intend to, holding true to the post I made in the past where I said that I would never call myself a Brony.

I'd much rather be called a Christian; I have priorities when it comes to non-specific collective nouns being applied to myself.

How about that. The people that don't really qualify as bronies are so eager to have the title and jump on the bandwagon. While some of the more true bronies are so terrified of actually admitting to liking something that they'll do anything to not be one. There is no concrete brony stereotype. Stop crapping in your diapers when someone calls you one.

Although it may not be directly conducive to the conversation at hand, I would like to state that I both deny and resent the possible implication (intentional or otherwise) by aBy that I'd be afraid of ponies.

A hypocrite is a -edit- who say she don't do shit, but then turn right aroun and go do that same shit right to your face, just like a bitch!

Not... really... that's a common misconception. An example of a hypocrite could be a drunk who claims to always be sober. He would not be a hypocrite if he told others not to drink, because even though he hasn't stopped drinking himself he might very well believe in temperance but not have the strength to quit yet.

WRONG!

Defintion of hypocrisy off of Google:

hy·poc·ri·sy /hiˈpäkrisē/ Noun: The practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one's own behavior does not conform; pretense.

Dumbed down definition: Saying something is wrong but doing it anyway.

ABG, you're backing your statement with the connotation of the word. Hypocrite is generally thought of as very bad. A drunk who tells people not to drink isn't a bad person, as he understands that drinking is bad, but he is still a hypocrite. But a drunk man who claims to always be sober is just a lier.

Anyway, I looked at the Naughty or Nice polls for the Hub and it is SO skewed by bronies. Pinkie Pie is winning 83% to 17%, and Discord is winning 80% to 20%. All the other face-offs are pretty close (One of them was 50/50) I find this hilarious

What about those that were scared at first and then embraced it after finally watching the show?

Pinkie Pie's avatar just made me realize that The Mysterious Mare Do Well is essentially

Lesson Zero again but with Rainbow Dash.

"Nothing is more unjust, however common, than to charge with hypocrisy him that expresses zeal for those virtues which he neglects to practice; since he may be sincerely convinced of the advantages of conquering his passions, without having yet obtained the victory, as a man may be confident of the advantages of a voyage, or a journey, without having courage or industry to undertake it, and may honestly recommend to others, those attempts which he neglects himself."

The drunk never claimed to always be sober, he didn't claim those moral standards.

I'm sensing some hostility here...

They call me Snake. They call me Es Rake. They call me Srahkay. That's nahmaname. That's nahmaname. That's not my... name.

The definition is correct, you're interpreting it wrong. "The practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs" When did the drunk claim to never drink? If he suggests temperance to others yet drinks himself, he may not have the strength to quit himself, but can still honestly believe in the virtues he does not have.

I'll spoil you guys because it's not that important. The first line of the next Chapter (In progress) is:

Flash awoke with a jolt and loud yell.

Or something along those lines...
