Rainbow Dash is the main character for two episodes in a row? PONY CREATORS, I LOVE YOU.

 

I did not like the moral of this episode, though. Rainbow's friend were criticizing her for being proud of her achievements. It's not like she was saying anything that wasn't true; she DID save the foal, she DID stop the runaway cart. She DID save all those ponies, and her friends are telling her not to take credit or be proud of that? The only good thing I liked about that episode was that Rainbow did learn to concede situations where somepony else WAS better than her.

 

Other than that, the message was terrible, episode was great, Rainbow is great.

I watch My Little Pony for the art style and audio. If it retained those aspects, I wouldn't be bothered if it had a similar plot (or lack thereof) as Pocoyo.

The color selection, composition and character design are immaculate and the music is very catchy, voice actors well directed, scripts are very nicely edited and written, and sound effects original enough to be quite novel.

There are a great many things that have better plots than this show.

(Don't ask me about the animation because my standards are far too high to criticize it in a manner that fairly appraises how clever or original it is vs. how much workaround and corner-cutting it has in respect to using Limited Animation over Cinematic Animation. Or Flash vs. 3D vs. Traditonal for that matter.)

I'm going to guess "Plot" is different from "PLOT", which the former refers to the complex that controls character definition and narrative flow, whereas the latter is a contrived acronym for something rather naughty.
