It's called a grape press.

The traditional method for several hundred years for pressing grapes to make wine has been dumping them in a giant tub, then squashing them by treading on them with bare feet.

Obviously you have to wash your feet very well, or else the flavor won't be right. (Among other rather unlikable consequences x) I imagine it's a lot more exhausting than it is fun.
