I watched A Dog and Pony Show yesterday.

Twilight Sparkle's immediate- nay, instantaneous response to there being dozens of holes was "Then let's get to work."

It reminded me of the no-nonsense "Let's work the problem and not make things worse by guessing" gusto attitude of Eugene Kranz.

Aka the attitude that put men on the moon. (Kranz was Flight Director, The leader of Mission Control, for Apollo 9, 11, 13, 15 and 17.)

If only my Best friend wasn't too busy talking to his obese, ugly girlfriend who dumped him for her ex and came back when that didn't work out for her, expecting him to just take her back, which he did againat my advice. And if he wasn't trying to avoid me, we might be able to play some TF2 together and I'd get to relax for the first time in months.
