I wouldn't say she resists an honest day's work, it's just that her idea of work has to do with making dresses or making someone look 'fabulous'. Not carrying carts around or working in the mud.

As for life plans, ponies. Lots of ponies. That's about the only answer I could give in the pony thread, after all.

You know what I mean. She shirks off anything physical even though she's capable of completing it. Then she has Sweetie do it, something she shouldn't be doing at such an age. I dunno. It reminds me of how my father is, minus the loving talk to attempt to make up for her actions.

Which served her quite well in the Diamond Dogs episode. Plus if you're going to call Rarity a manipulator, Applejack is, too. She manipulated the entire goddamn village into believing she won all those competitions.(And broke a Pinkie Promise) Sure, she had a somewhat good excuse by making up the money later, but the point still remains.

Though, to be fair, it does seem like Rarity's personality fluctuates between being generous all the time, to being a brat in certain situations. But then, you can also attribute that to the fact that nobody's perfect. As is also shown by the other ponies who make mistakes frequently.

My life plans are going great, thank you very much. They have changed since a little while ago, because I realized exactly how shitty the job outlook for audio engineers is.

Current plans (starting after highschool): Get an AAS in Electrical Technology at our local community college, in the process of which I will also become a certified EMT just for grins (they offer it as an extra course if you feel like taking it). I will then chug over to the University of Texas and get myself a BBA in Marketing. (UT has one of the top-rated BBA programs in the country). While getting that degree, I plan to also spend some time working on getting a Journeyman Electrician's license; not hard to do if you have a AASET. Afterwards, I hope to nail a job somewhere in Austin as a Marketing Manager, whilst I use the hopefully acquired dough to, in the long term, work my AASET up to a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering. In the VERY long term, I hope to start up my own engineering firm if I can. And I'm sure I will get married at some point in the ordeal, probably to an Austin-ite, since I've loved what I've seen of them.

PS: Good luck getting a half-decent biology job with anything less than a Doctorate's. Especially in Taxifornia.

On the subject of ponies: I thought Rarity's antics were amusing in this episode. Get over it.

Who said I wouldn't be getting a doctorate? I'm probably going to get a stable job with my bachelor's and try for a grad program out in Cali, or I'll stay back in Delaware for a few more years to get a Master's, at least. But before I get anything more, I'll need a job. And honestly, there are a lot of high-paying jobs around that you can get with a Bachelor's in biochem. It's a very broad scope major that puts you in the range for a LOT of jobs.

And, yes, I'm over it. Your opinion is your own opinion. But your comment triggered a healthy, nondestructive debate between everybody and we were discussing that on our own, not attacking your opinion.

Also, somthing I learned today:

Mic the Microphone, Alex S., and Jackle App are all gay. I was unaware until I heard Mic's voice today in a livestream. Huh...

"Lots" of high paying jobs that have every fucking biochem student in the country clamoring for.

You just seem to be in an all around pissy mood today. Up for crushing anyone else's hopes and dreams? I have a very good chance of obtaining a job, especially because of the connections I have. Because even if jobs out in the market don't quite work, I can just join the army and serve twenty years playing the sax or ensuring the food that our men eat is top-notch.

Anyways, yeah Blight, that's what the MLPForums said.

I'm sorry but I don't see how chuck was being pissy, he has a good point, and that is a flaw in your plan. What's wrong with pointing out flaws? After all how else will they be fixed.

Well, the use of the f word was completely unnecessary and reads off as if he's angry. It seems as if he's trying to knock down any proposition I have. His initial response to me, if you read it, was quite snarky and biting as well.

How is it that I've missed a lot of conversations in less then a day?

Same here, and I have all this fucking popcorn and now I can't eat it.

Seriously though what's with all the drama lately?

I started it because it ended with me becoming a voice actor and working with Tara Strong, Andrea Libman, possible marrying Michelle Creber. Then it got turned into a discussion. So, I'm kind of sorry.

Anyways, pony.
