Last Game You Played

Recommended Posts

Well, last night we beat Dark Souls 2, so I've officially finished every Dark Souls game.

Sure wish Bloodborne had a PC port. Guess I could look into emulating Demon's Souls, but eh...

Civ V but I kept getting shitty RNGs with locale and ruins.

War Thunder

Made a squadron, if anyone's interested in joining. "Mensch Mercs" is its name.

V still has nothing on it.

Played through both NieR games. I think Automata is a more solidly-structured and paced product but I kind of struggled with the gameplay compared to Replicant, the enemies felt like bullet-sponges a lot of the time, and in both games the heavy swords are way too slow for any potential increase in damage.

Still, a pretty interesting experience throughout both. Not many games manage to both be incredibly depressing and also first-class waifu generators at the same time. They usually just switch between one or the other.

Back 4 Blood Beta

Very much an updated Left 4 Dead, even the campaign themes are the same. It's much more fun though, since you aren't stuck with whatever items the level designer put in the map, you actually get to choose.

Half-Life.

Fun fact, trying to force uninstall Sierra Utilities (I have an old copy of the game) without uninstalling the game first will utterly obliterate the directory you installed it.  I made the decision to install it to my Games directory, which was subsequently decimated.  Damn near everything was wiped out, and I didn't have everything backed up right off the bat.

Good thing I didn't try to force the uninstall from the C:\\ drive, otherwise....

Black Flag. I have a bit of a penchant for maxing out my stats in video games as soon as possible. Given that BF doesn't lock anything by story progression, it's been grindy for me
