A more roundabout way of doing it would be making a func_ladder brush and then recompiling the map, but that's why Ross is making it and not me.

lol, do you know how much you have to clean up the map/rmv file after decompiling it from bsp????

 

And all that just for a ladder when you can easily use noclip
