The Longest Rose Posted December 6, 2021 A bit of positive dead game news - LEGO Universe, which shut down 10 years ago, is back in the form of a comprehensive, playable server emulator. Emulators capable of running LEGO Universe have existed for a while, but Darkflame Universe is the first truly playable emulator - super exciting for anyone who played it all those years ago! The emulator can be found here: https://github.com/DarkflameUniverse/DarkflameServer A warning though - some assembly is required. The instructions right now aren't super clear and I had to spend some time fighting with it (and Windows). But it does work, very well. Share this post Link to post
Deep Dive Devin Posted December 6, 2021 I played this game when I was, what, eleven or twelve? I didn't really like it, but a couple of my friends did, and we've been following this on the basis of eventually playing it again for like three or four years now. It's honestly shocking that it's really done and playable after all this time. I'll certainly enjoy it more than the first time around now that I'll have someone to play with.
