i mean good god, photoshop and visual studio code are so bloated it's almost depressing, photoshop CS3 used to run on, what, 256 mb of ram? and now my old pentium 4 would explode if i ran the "modern" version of photoshop on it

the internet huh, more like, internet of SHIT

 

they are trying to install tracking cookies and the browser won't allow them so they try to run scripts to bypass that block. ( i introduced a friend of mine to adblock, and when he entered facebook he said everything took longer so he removed the blocker)
also google has shown bad faith by configuring the websites they own to run more slowly on anything not chrome. (there was a period where some vids on YT randomly would not run on my firefox, but would run without a hitch if i tried using chrome)
