Sir, You Are Being Hunted

Recommended Posts

This one is a pretty great time. There are some performance issues and a bit of jankiness but it's a really fun and occasionally thrilling game. I'd say it's more of a stealth game than raw exploration, though.

I make stuff. Look at it at https://www.youtube.com/user/MadmanEpic. Or don't. I can't really tell either way.

Glad to see this game here! Great atmosphere, and the music fits the game mood well. Shame there's no community of modders for this game.

I loved that game except for one thing - the enemies get harder and harder whether you collect the items you're gathering or not, so It's kind of like playing on a timer. That ruined it a bit for me. You're constantly in a hurry.

From reading reviews, I understand it to be a game where you hide from robots while looking for different objects in order to progress. As time goes on it gets harder. You also have to manage your inventory. There is combat, but it is not viable long-term, and you will run out of bullets and bandages quickly. The randomly-generated nature of the game makes it different each playthrough but it is still very similar playthrough to playthrough.

I personally didn't play all that much of this game (about 3-4 hours) but it was very charming, however it seemed a bit RNG heavy on the survival elements, as to what loot you find.

I completely failed at it on my first attempt, but getting a bit lucky (I think) on my second playthrough didn't die more than a few times.

All in all very much recommended. Stealth and atmosphere and survival basically. The only outright bad thing I can say about it, is that it didn't feel like a game that has a lot of content. It's very reliant on it's basic systems and atmosphere, so it can start to feel repetitive rather quickly. Hence why I haven't yet replayed it.

Kinda repetitive and unpolished, although I'm probably wrong because I know the game has been updated since I last played it. I think it would be fun in multiplayer, but so are most things.
