Movemeber. It's grow a mustache for the month. In support of prostate cancer awareness. Or just because you want an excuse to sport a stache.

 

It's done here in Canada as well so it's not an American thing at all.

 

Unfortunately my mustache looks more like dirt on my face so I'm stuck with doing a Lincoln/ chin curtain.

 

Edit* If you don't want to sport the stache but want to support the cause, you can always use a trimmer to style your pubic hair. Broccoli style, v cut, X marks it, etc maybe throw in some wax
