Alright it was me, I edited the permissions to fix a bug where mods didn't have full power in some forums, it worked but with a cost

Yes, I can see how trying to implement variable envelope return paths upside down could lead to some armonics in the power supply, that would mess up some UPS's and give off a nasty odor.
