I'd cry if that weren't so horribly drawn. Seriously, Hobbes looks deformed and Calvin's eyes are all wrong. The expressions are really basic and I don't get a feel for them. If this were really in the same continuity, Calvin would be much older, at least Mac's age, not the same size (or even a bit smaller) than in the comic. Also it would have been more earful if we saw the two of them waving to each other from a distance, or Hobbes left on the corner as Calvin left. Also the composition is horrible, you never put something right smack dab in the middle.

i thought the concept more than the execution would sell better. I didn't make it however, and i do agree, the composition is pretty basic.
