I have figured out a bind system for the Half Life games for a more modern grenade usage, and melee attacks.

 

 

Bind G  "slot5; +attack; wait 50; -attack; wait 100; +attack; lastinv; wait 100; -attack"

 

Bind Mouse4 "slot1; +attack; wait 100; +attack; wait 100; lastinv; wait 100; -attack"

May not be perfect, but it does get the job done. Careful with trip mines and satchel charges though.
