The scariest part about the whole George Floyd and riots thing is, it's a city away from where I live.

Police murdered George Floyd, protests and riots happened. Now just riots. This was four days ago. Worst of all (again, at least for me) all of this is just a city away. Like I could get into my car right now, and be there in about 30 minutes.

Yeah, and the cops arrested one business owner who shot a looter as well. People aren't being allowed to defend themselves or their property anymore.

What's more is, due to being a neighboring city, not only is there a curfew (only for two nights, and this is the second one), but multiple stores and buildings here are boarded up, or completely closed up. It really has a "apocalyptic" feel and look to it.

It's not apocalyptic until you see charred buildings, 9/11 style, all around you, right now it's just a xpunk (change x to your favorite theme) feel (at least to me).

For more context: The road was blocked, there was no way he was supposed to be on that road. Also, (allegedly) there's White Supremacists in the area. People weren't sure if this was a deliberate attack or what.

Looks like a fuel tanker.
Good thing whoever was driving it didn't leave it with a timed ignition or the casualties count would have been through the roof.
The protesters should have really cleared out of there in case it was rigged to blow and a bomb squad should have been called to the scene.
