Should There be a CD game site?

A quirky little site that keeps all of the obscure and abandoned games. Stuff that can be found at hobby stores that usually have oddball old indies. Anything that wasn't mainly received well during release and are not being sold for the company anymore. I feel that The Shed Ware or just Shed Ware would be a good name for it. Emulation sites mainly focus on mainstream games, nothing crazy and out there. I think now is a good time for that. What do you guys think?
