Fallout 4 mods

Maybe not everything I wanted from a Fallout game (it's still really tame and lacks the more crazy style of Fallout 2)

Wait for the DLCs and expansions...

 

I have a small list of unrealistic dreams I would like to see realised in future DLC content.

 

• A sprawling quest involving the Kibbo Kift Kindred. A bizarre 20th century English movement drawing from various world faiths, the occult, bush craft and even boy scouting.
  
• Nuka blooded monsters. Creatures of surged strength and hyperactivity due to excessive industrial-level Nuka Cola consumption. Actively hunts any player carrying any.
  
• Bring back the Confirmed Bachelor/Cherchez La Femme perks. Seriously, let me gay up my game!
  
• Find holotapes full of weird musicians and bands from the 60's like Tiny Tim and Napoleon XIV.
  
• A Blatto sapiens race (i.e. sapient humanoid cockroaches) as recommended in this Bogleech article.
  
• Genetically engineered duck-griffons.

The second one on your list sounds like it might be a rather good mod... Doubtful it would be a DLC.
