Eh, he was literally joking. Same with the Pikes thing, that was also something I've heard (callous) people say.

 

But overall yes this admin wants to fight tooth and nail over this, either to sow enough doubt (somehow? Running with it isn't helping IMO) to contest the electors by Jan.
