DOTA 2 announcer pack released + links updated!

Recommended Posts

It's not hard... It's RTS with a single unit, and 4 special powers for the unit... You also get to equip items that you buy/acquire. Goal is to destroy towers, enemies, and finally the enemy base while also protecting your own base. You gain in-game money by killing/destroying the enemy.

That's the tutorial for you, everything else is figuring out what characters you're best with, and what characters counter your opponents. (the game is incredibly well balanced, so you'll never find any character that will always lose/win against most stuff)

Don't insult me. I have trained professionals to do that.

It does get boring quite rapidly due to only having 1 map, and nothing really changes between matches. It's designed for people who like to perfect one thing before moving on to other things. (and not people like me, who like to have extreme variety and complexity hidden behind a simple interface)

Don't insult me. I have trained professionals to do that.

Hey! Sorry for necroing this thread, but I've been trying to download FM_voice_tracks.zip and the download keeps failing around the 520-550 MB mark.

I tried using curl, I tried using wget. I tried forcing HTTP1.1, I tried limiting the rate to as low as 1000kb/sec. But the accursedfarms.com server keeps inexplicably dropping the connection, giving me some error about the stream not being closed cleanly (INTERNAL_ERROR (err 2), if that means anything to anyone).

I looked up archive.org and no luck there. Tried googling and this is the only search result.

I know it's a long shot, but does anyone happen to have the file saved on their computer and can upload it to some third-party service?

You're in luck @TheYeIIowDucK, because though I don't have the original zip files, I do have all the original files. So I repackaged both the FM DotA announcer audio and the isolated Freeman's Mind episodes audio, and reuploaded them here:

I know you only asked for the FM episodes audio, but I figured I'd reupload the FM DotA audio too - just in case.
