Last night was a nightmare. I woke up at 3am with a mother of all headaches, and damn it hurts like a motherfucker. I swear I felt like my head's gonna explode, and lying down made it worse, that and the lack of Paracetamol in the medicine cabinet. Without any good options, I got a wet towel and soaked it over my head. It must have worked, since by 5am my head cleared up.

I have the absolute worst tooth ache right now. I've been getting em on and off since the last dentist appointment (I'm between sessions right now where they're making an inlay) and the temp filling they put in was just a little too temporary and fell out several days after. Since then basically even the slightest change in temperature or pressure triggers a slowly building nerve pain. I'm pretty good at keeping the pain meds staggered to not be bothered by it but I slept too long and woke up practically in tears and these meds take way too damn long to work for this. Just absolutely miserable right now.

geesh, my health issues keep getting better and better. Been sick for a week, and my toe does still not want pressure on it after incident described few days ago.

Nothing i havent said so far. Well, thing is, last 3 nights (this one included- 2 am atm), i've been having trouble falling asleep (and even then sleeping) due to dry cough. Cough medicine doesnt help squat, so i might have to go to doctor today. I can only hope its nothing serious

every part of my back is aching, my body keeps alternating between very fucking cold and 103 degree fahrenheit fever, can't breathe deeply, can't sleep

Well the good news is the orthopedic found no major damage with my knee but there is some slight cartilage deterioration and the bones are a little too close due to weak muscles so I have to do a bit of physical therapy(which my insurance covers apparently?) but at least it's nothing major.

Noticed after I lost weight I can't eat large meals like I used to a few years ago... I just feel like death if I do...

I grazed my toe really bad, wouldn't stop bleeding for ages. Lol, it looks so fucking messed up now. And it's hard to walk because if I bend my toe, feels like my skin is being torn and it's awful. Hopefully it'll heal up ASAP, it's hard to sleep with.

NEVER CHEW GUM ON EMPTY STOMACH. Took one before going to work, and now I suffer from a very annoying stomach ache. And the lunch break is only in two and a half hours. Dammit

A spider bit me on the leg recently. An itchy swelling persisted since. And it hurts when I walk on it.

I feel only slightly bad for laughing. Laughed harder when I misread it as; "Try not to cry". Might I encourage you to take a night out and watch a movie that involves a dog's death?

I've had cola land in my eye before but I feel like it's not as bad as a dollop of shampoo.

I got shampoo in my eye the other day as well and except for step 5, I basically failed all of them.

Hit my head on a car door last night carrying some stuff. Also running on lack of sleep due to noisy neighbours and danced a lot last night. Been feeling dizzy and rather sore today but not to the point where I think I'd need medical attention.
