I think if it gets submitted to somewhere like Demonoid they have their own tracker, but I honestly don't really know.

Yes, just select the torrent in uTorrent, then change to the tracker tab. Right click and select Add Tracker. Replace everything with these:

It is in "blue status", says "Seeding", "0 (3)" peers. Still at 2.15 MBs with no current movement.

I'm all for helping people get FM onto their computers but this is a little underwhelming. . .

Leeches can be annoying, taking stuff and not contributing themselves. For most of my active torrents I have seeded multiple times the filesize of their content.

Yeah, I always seed to at least 1.000 ratio before stopping if it's a clean torrent. If the number of seeders for a stopped torrent gets low, I usually start it back up so new people can get it too.
