FAQ of using Android powered devices to upload pictures of yourself:

2. Remember the file name as best you can. Better yet, rename the file so you can easily identify it.

3. Get a Photobucket account

4. Upload the pic to Photobucket.

5. Your photo now has a URL. Go to it, copypasta, and put it here in tags.

6. Get banned for NSFW content

7. Get arrested for posting child pornography

8. Rot in prison

9. End up like Brooks in Shawshank Redemption and kill yourself in the world that you can no longer handle because of its ridiculously fast progress.

It's a syle of hat of Italian-American origin. Heavily used by members of the mafia in order to identify fellow mob members. Fedoras of different mobs had different colors, ribbons, styles, etc. If two fedoras that didn't match crossed paths, somebody usually got roughed up or even snuffed.
