Recovering from a friends birthday party. Just took inventory of what I ended up drinking and the total comes out to:

 

-white Russian

-white russian shot

-blood orange martini

-5 shots of vodka

-shot of tequila

-A random, on the spot mixed drink we titled "Ogre Fart" due to it's greenish brown murky color. (it was surprisingly good for not having any thought behind it)

-and lastly, a hard mixed drink of which I was not told what it was, only that it tasted of tequila and something else.

 

It wasn't till the final drink did I get anywhere past tipsy and even then I wasn't even close to smashed. What is wrong with my metabolism? Why so efficient?

 

Hangovers don't care about that though. My heads all like "dude why? You earned this" and my eyes are shunning the sun more than they usually do.

Each mixed drink was about 16 ounces or more for reference. 2 of the people mixin never really paid attention to measurements and they ended up making the most.

Then there's me who's too young to drink. X3 I don't think I'll want to drink alcohol when I get to 18/21 anyway. From what I smell, it must taste TERRIBLE. I accidentally drank wine once and that stuff was nasty.

Depends what you get really. Cheap alcohol tastes like crap but if you're willing to pay the extra buck for something a lil better then it will take better. Or not. Some people just don't like the taste of alcohol.

 

Also I think I should clarify that by mixed I mean alcohol mixed with more alcohol and not nonalcoholic. We weren't being very smart last night.

I've found I have a passionate love for Margaritas. My mother really knows how to mix them, too. I had some leftover that we had in a big cooler jug. Could hardly taste the alcohol, so by the time I'd knocked back a good 20 oz. or so of that and a couple beers, I was a happy camper.

First, what kind of wine? Red, white, dry, sweet, bitter, strong, weak, vinegary, fruity?

 

If you ever get around to it, try the King David brand, either sacramental or concord type... And let it breathe for about 60-120 seconds before you take your first sip. (King David brand is made for churches, so they definitely know the RIGHT way to make wine) At about $8 USD per bottle it isn't that expensive for something that gets shipped from Israel.

I drank really clear wine. X3 Like, clear enough to confuse with water. XD That's why I drank it. I thought it was water. ._. Bluegh. I got a nice surprise.

The clearer it is, the worse it is. You had a white wine, try a dark red next time. Also, make sure it's not a dry wine. (I thoroughly dislike dry wines personally)
