With the ammount of pyros i have been seeing lately i guess i will have to sacrifice my high mobility pack (Bonk! and the atomizer) for the healthy pack (mad milk and the candy cane)

I feel bad for loving the Pyro now. People always complain about his state of balance, but he was just fine... UNTIL NOW.

 

Looks like I'll have to learn to demolish Pyros with the Soldier/Demo.

Yeah, STAR and I agree on almost everything TF2 related. Spy is unbelievably OP and engineer is just like "Lemme do my own thing!"

By now the dead ringer is so OP, the spy is nearly indestructable when using it, unless playing pyro i dont even bother trying to chase invisble dead ringer spies.

A quick patch would be to just reduce its godlike damage resistance to only 3 seconds or something like that.

Oh, a Pyro lit me up? Activate dead ringer, stand in a doorway and block him for 5 seconds, THEN die.

I just thought of a nightmarish-to-play-against Spy loadout.

 

The Enforcer (I don't need to say anything)

 

The Dead Ringer (as The Scoutman said, gargantuan amounts of survivability)

 

The Spycicle (you pull it out and kerblam. Fire immunity. When used in conjunction with the Dead Ringer, Pyros can't so much as breathe on you, so one of your only true hard counter's roles has been nullified. GG, Valve.)

I don't like how the spycicle seems to level the playing field between pyro and spy. It's not supposed to be fair, one class counters the other. So many unlocks have really changed relationships between classes. Man it's easy to complain about TF2.

Sublime, STAR already has a video up with that loadout. You should check it out. He just annhialates everybody.

And ABG, it actually seems to tip it into the spy's favor, which is completely unacceptable. God dammit, Valve!

This whole patch seems to revolve around eliminating class's biggest counter and it's annoying as hell. It's starting to look like WoW.

They're responding to the massive intake of CoD players since the F2P update who are all used to FFA run and gun tactics. By trying to hold one fanbase, they're repelling the one that liked the game for what it was. Gaben, y u so dumb?
