I'll be back on this weekend (AND WITH A MIC!!!) So I think we should all get on some time this weekend and fill up an empty server, go mask hunting, then go to some other pub and kick some ass.

Dude, I never thought I was going to be as good at Sniper as I was!

 

Example: I played Harvest, started up by the windows. A machina sniper in their yard tries to get me while I'm scoping on the point. I see the tracer after firing, spin quick and twitch headshot him. I got a close up Scout. He was in my face and I scoped at head height, saw a blur and just shot and, luckily got him and was (For the first time EVER) got accused of hacking. It made my life feel complete

I know how you feel. If I do say so myself, I was doing relatively beastly last night.

 

I was quickscoping Scouts in the blink of an eye, twitch headshotting people in their own bases, and got accused of hacking twice (I know one of the accusers was joking).

 

Then other times, I miss revved up Heavies.

I don't think I've ever missed a revved up heavy. I HATE it when heavies are firing at you from a really long distance, you line up a fully charged shot with their heads, and the one and only hit they land is the second you press your mouse button. Your scope gets lifted up and you miss.

 

An alternate, happier story of this would be when this happened to me, but the scope got knocked up just as I fired, and caused me to headshot the medic behind the heavy. I was like:

My fault. So, is Valve doing anything special for Halloween this year, or is it going to be like last year with no new maps or anything?

And it looks like Valve are preparing for their next Halloween update. In the mean time, those gift boxes are appearing on the Manor map again (I still twitch whenever I hear the gift appearing noise).

No I knew that, But i was wondering if they were going to add any new content. They've started up the HHHM, but they haven't added any new maps or items.

I'm pretty sure there are going to be some bigger updates. I mean after all this is the first Halloween since F2P so they want a good impression on them newbies.

I'd say almost certainly. The Halloween stuff restarting (gifts etc) may have been automatic, like for wearing the season-limited hats. I'd say we'll definitely see some new Halloween content, possibly some time this week. I mean, they refer specifically to 'next week's update', and I don't know of any major TF2 updates that didn't include new content.
