Well that takes nuking my next door neighbor out of the question...

 

The crater alone of the 100Mt Tsar Bomba would stretch from my house to the Interstate over a half mile away. Every building from my house to lower Wilmington would be leveled. The far edge of the fallout cloud would fall just short of the Gulf of Mexico. Every person from here to Philly and West Chester and Baltimore to the south would experience third degree burns.

 

Also, if the largest tested US bomb was detonated just Southeast of Sao Paulo, Brazil, we wouldn't have to worry about 90% of CS:GO Brazilians.
