Eleanor hit the apartment with her car, flying through the windshield and the apartment window, leavinbg glass shards on the floor, and Susan was trying to give her CPR and got blood on her mouth when Eleanor coughed up blood on her before dying.

Eleanor died several days ago in a way that involved glass breaking, and Susan is her pet cat that was eating the body (that actually happens a lot)

I had to think about Foal's question for a while, then realized that the answer was staring me in the face without actually being entirely visible.
