I've decided to finish a small Java project I've been working on. X3 A really simple concept.

You pick a selection of 3 cards, press; 'gamble', the card flips, and you either get money, lose money, or obtain a gem.

Your balance is updated and you're free to gamble again. With how the system works, it honestly doesn't matter which card you choose, cause it's all random anyway. But I like it when there's options cause it makes it seem like it's the player's own fault for winning or losing.

Playing around in Unity trying to see if I can still remember how to set up grid based worlds via code.

Chilling and feeling chuffed after a successful time not breaking my laptop while opening it up.

Still playing around with code generated grids in Unity.

 

So far I've done:

-Specify a number of rows and columns in the editor and have it generate a grid to those standards at runtime.

-Spawn in a player that can only move onto tiles within the grids space.

-Set up node accessibility so the player can not move onto red tiles.

-Allow the player to toggle a node's accessibility by clicking on it.

-Randomly disable a corner portion of the grid.

 

Wonder what else I can pull off before I realize my code isn't adaptable lol.
