I'm about to send an email to this real estate agent, and close the deal on a nice piece of land to build a house in it.

 

It's going to be an awesome house. I've already told my mother (she's an architect and it's going to design it) that I want a few secret passages in it (that way you'll be able to move discretely around and scare unsuspecting visitors ) and a semi subterranean panic room. I also plan to install photovoltaic pannels, solar water heaters and a big ass pool.

 

Now, all I need is to sell my soul or something like that, to get the money
