Oh, I think he believes in them. Doesn't make him right about them of course, or even remotely understandable (extremist position often cause that effect), but he believes them.

try having art block with mediocre drawing skills. I'm trying to get better but I never know what to draw.

So far I've got this-

 

Organs at core, muscular appendages with hand-like grippers, inner ear (devolved?) this would allow for extremely good mobility.

 

Basically it would look like a (jointed?) octopus rotated on an axis or two with hands. Can't quite understand some of the words through the heavy breathing.
