It always works good after power cut, but I don't

Blackouts/brownouts only affect my external HDD, but since it's an eSATA when the power returns, it causes a Windows BSoD.

 

Had 2 brownouts yesterday...

 

 

Now I'm just sitting here preparing to do 2 worksheets for my welding class so I can get a B instead of a C.
