You need a set of Zenith Allegro speakers and a 500-1000w amp... Or just an original 1972 cabinet stereo with said speakers... I guarantee they will drown out anything your neighbor can pump through the wall. (unless he/she is using military weapons-grade acoustics gear)

 

And it'll sound awesome to boot... lol
