FIrst day CS at the University of Innsbruck. Spent several hours in a small lecture hall crowded with theoretical physics, chemistry and maths students without having a seizure (aka a good start).

Played some Guild Wars 2 with Thadeus and drinking Battery Energy Drink. Tonight I'm going to see Dredd 3D.

Battery's back? Or was it just in sweden it was gone ?

We've had Battery in Norway all the time, all you had to do was cross the border. Here you can get it in a "home pack" which is basically just 6 cans plastic'd together.

 

Anyway, Dredd was awesome. Karl Urban was a total badass. Effects were satisfyingly gory and bloody, and the music was really 80's like. Easily best action movie I've seen in a long time. Recommend it if you like hardcore badass cop movies.

I'm in that depressing kind of mood today that just gets worse and worse as the day goes on. Nothing has gone wrong dramatically, but my friend told me that I was being an asshole (I do this all the time, but have to catch myself. When somebody else catches me on it, I correct it by cloistering up and my mood plummets) and then, of course, I'm absolutely starving, and with a can of Condensed Chicken Noodle in my backpack, I find out that my Foods teacher who usually gives me a place to eat (because the lunchroom is just the worst thing ever) left early for his lunch. He probably had errands to do and I'm not mad at him, but god dammit I'm flustered.
