I'm resting after a heavy martial arts course lesson. Ouch, I was in a bad shape today and maybe got some kind of allergy. There was a fighting row where my opponent kicked my right thumb accidentally I hope it's not going to hurt for weeks. Also my butt hurts because we practiced the appropiate falling from a kick a lot.

Deciding to go a week without masturbation because I honestly feel I'm becoming an addict (so to speak). If I make it, I'm fine. If I don't, I have serious issues. That and the possible damage to the penis would not be fun for me or future wife, whoever she may be.

You really need to fap 10+ times a day to actually do any damage to your penis. Totally made that number up. But seriously, you have to fap hardcore in order to damage anything down there. Once or twice a day is still pretty average with most males(though it decreases when you get older, or so I've been told).
