It's the opposite of what just happened to me the other day... Not fired though, just chewed out for touching something that was already broken, and fixing something else and not getting any recognition for it.

Having a job that has lenient clock in times. I've worked too many places that if you were more than 60 seconds early or late, you were penalized the same as if you completely missed the entire day to not appreciate my current job letting me clock in 10 min early or late, and call in to miss an hour without any penalty.
