I'm not very experienced with D&D, but I have been a DM/GM for Shadowrun... (basically a more realistic, albeit futuristic version of D&D) I have almost a year's worth of making up missions on-the-fly with little or no prep. Longest prep time I ever did was sitting and thinking for about 10 minutes during a mission, and came up with a full campaign. (never got around to doing the campaign due to people leaving/graduating)

 

The technical side of the two games is very similar, and I would be willing to help in any way you wish.
