Is there enough interest on the forum to make a board dedicated to movies and TV shows? We have them for multiple types of gaming and soundtracks, after all.

I just wanted to echo this since it didn't really get touched on when I mentioned it earlier. I think it'd be nice to have a board dedicated to these subjects, instead of having to throw them into the "Free-For-All" forum. Of course, if there's not enough interest among AF members, that's fine too :)

Could you tally how many threads about movies/TV shows there are? Just to see if there's enough interest in the topic to dedicate a forum to it.

I would like to propose the removal of rep. Quite honestly I don't see them being very useful anymore. They get abused all the time and even if they don't they still don't represent the poster in the slightest. People have different opinions of what deserves rep and what doesn't.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I would like to propose a rule against rep spamming for no reason.

We already give out warnings and bans for rep spamming.

It's a popular system though and I think it works well, personally.

I would agree with removing rep. Then again, I just don't see what purpose it serves.

Anyway, ever since the forum has gone up I have been unable to simply press tab when I'm logging in to go from my username to password. It works if I actually go to the log in page. However for quick log in at the top right of the page, It doesn't work. In most places that require you to log in. You type in your username, press tab and without clicking you can start typing your password. someone please look into it so I know if it's a problem on my end or if its just a small detail with the forum that can be fixed.

~Thank you in advance~

for some reason when you make a big line of text without spaces it stretches the page, is there any way you can make it so that it forces text on a new line at a certain point?

Example:

exampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexampleexample

Sure, I'll do that when I get home.

Nagisa havent got to her home for days now.

It works for me (or at least it did when I used it last). You're talking about password saving right? What browser do you use?

I'll sort that out at some point hopefully today. I'm trying to catch up on things before I lose this system as well X_X

I don't know this forum engine, but what I can get from the css is that the .postbody class should have some right padding (or other adjustment attributes) to fix this problem. Correct me if I'm wrong.

*edit*

Yes, I was wrong. It's the positioning and the width values what is need to be changed. And this is a bit more complex than I thought. So, yeah. Good luck with it.

*edit2* Maybe this could be useful: http://xahlee.org/js/css_text-wrap.html.

you want a suggestion? well, i actually find pretty annoying having to check subforum by subforum for each updated thread... why can't we just have a button that says "view newest content", and automatically displays all updated threads in the last 12 hours or so, that way we can read everything in a matter of minutes.

I use Firefox v8.0

This is the part of the log in that I'm talking about

tab doesn't take me from username to password. So I often end up trying to login with the password box left empty by accident.

Have you tried hitting tab twice? I'm using Opera and when I have the Username field selected and hit tab it takes me to the "Log me on automatically each visit" check box, and I have to hit tab again to get to the Password box.

Oh right I follow you. I'll just change/set the tabindex I guess.

EDIT: Done, tested in Firefox 7.0.1, should be the same in others.

For some reason although the forum rules have their own thread, they also show up on the 'Accursed Farms Related' sub-section, but ONLY that sub-section and none of the others. Is this intended?

Feel free to PM me about almost anything and I'll do my best to answer. :)
