I think it would be nice that, if you saw a post by a certain user, you could click on that user's name in the post which will take you to their profile.

What's about seeing next to location, rep, and date the number of all posts?

There, under the user's avatar?P

We used to, but we removed it so people wouldn't focus on the post counts.

I know of a few other forums that give members who donate a special badge for their donation. Also, we could use badges for other stats. A few examples of this would be:total number of ratings (positive or negative), Number of Posts, how long you've been a member, and of course, how much you've given (notated by bronze, silver, gold, platinum)

What do you guys think?

Pointless clutter, in my opinion.

On another subject, I hate that large "online" icon visible in every post whose poster is currently on-line. Putting it left to the profile and pm buttons makes no sense to me, especially when it appears where many people instinctively expect to be taken to the profile page of the user in question since the profile button is normally on the leftmost side of that icon bar. Whether a user is on-line or not is not important information at all; at most it should be a small, not-in-the-way icon in the user field of a post (where user name, user title, avatar, etc. are) but preferably it should be removed altogether from the thread view and be visible only in the user's profile page.

I agree, it seems out of place in the post view.

Honestly, the way I check for people online is seeing the 'who is online' bar on the bottom of the page, anyway.

Um... I don't see any online/offline stuff in the posts...

Don't insult me. I have trained professionals to do that.

I've moved it to after the email button, where it won't bother anyone.

EDIT: Also added a tiny dot, orange when online, grey when offline. I might remove one or the other.
