Hell is everyone believing what you say is a lie, and causing problems is favored over resolving problems..

Hell is being in a room where most of the people have NO common interest with you at all, and they act like they're your close friends.

Welp, now what?

Hell is being surrounded by people and realizing you're more alone now than you've ever been in your entire life. So... basically what AP_Pastor said.

Hell is having to work with people who contribute nothing, yet no one else seems to notice or care.

When close friends speak ill of close friends

they pass their abuse from ear to ear

in dying whispers -

even now, when prayers are no longer prayed.

What sounds like violent coughing

turns out to be laughter.

Okay, seriously now (for me): I believe Hell, if it exists, would be personalized for everyone. It wouldn't be the same for each person because everyone has their own idea of what Hell is. Heaven, I believe, would be the same way. There would be no possibility of "enjoying" Hell. If you enjoy the company of other people, Hell would be complete aloneness forever. If you enjoy solitude, it'd be people not leaving you any breathing room. If you hate the heat, it'll be scorching. If you hate cold weather, it'll be an icebox. If you hate rats...well, how about being buried in them forever? If you hate liberals, Bernie Sanders is your leader and you are forced to do everything he wants you to do.

And so on.

Heaven, again, would be the same. Not everyone would enjoy the "fluffy cloud, harp-playing" stereotype, though some might and they'd get that.

Eventually, I think the two places would merge because boredom would win out overall. So, eventually, boredom would reign supreme because you've already done everything that can be done. In Star Trek, the Q Continuum is described this way. No one talks to anyone because everything that could be said HAS been said. Nobody does anything because everything that could be done HAS been done. Stagnation is the end result of both locations.

And that's Hell.

That sure sounds like Hell to me... and if you stray from a designated celestial pathway into a wilder looking cloud you'll get a ticket for 100 years of counseling and reeducation and aroma therapy. Geez... I'll set the whole place on fire just to feel a whiff of smoke and hear the fire alarm...

Now, though... that Lava pool looks decidedly fun... Oi, you, Red-Face! - don't even think of sneaking from behind - you bugger!

That's really interesting, Daniel! And would be absolutely terrible. XD Geez. Doesn't matter if heaven is like that too, I would HATE to die and have the chance of being stranded in the middle of a giant ocean for eternity whilst monsters swim beneath my feet and brush against my legs. Blurgh.

For me though (seriously too): I think Heaven is what you want it to be. :D It's paradise, awesome place. I want my heaven to have a giant chocolate fountain. XP So it will.

Hell though... I'd imagine it'd be just... nothing. Almost as if it didn't exist at all. You die, you feel nothing, you are nothing, just a body in the ground - and that thought alone is hell for me. Where it's nothing but darkness, can't sense, can't move, you're just... nothing but empty space.

And jokingly: Hell is my period, cause fuck being a girl! Wooh!

My personal Hell: Being miserable/depressed as fuck, with no friends, family, or anything for that matter. Anything/everything I try to do to fix my situation falls flat and hard, or nothing comes of it, and all around me, I see extremely happy people, couples madly in love with each other, successful people, friends/family having a good time, and I can have all of these things, all these that I desire. However, they're always out of reach no matter how hard I try.

I get the feeling hell will be like this for me. Every few centuries I might be able to get my desperate paws on something delicious. I'll stumble upon a fish and chips outlet and seemingly everything will be in order, but then to my abject terror I'll find out that they HAVE NO SAVELOYS...

No computer for months.

...Wait, does that mean I survived three months of Hell before?
