Cry of Fear is a FPS horror mod completed in 2012 made with the GoldSrc engine, the same engine used to create Half-Life 1, taking the engine to its limits.

Im terrible at describing games, and honestly, the only thing i can say about this game is that, if your an horror fan, this is a must play, the game is really scary, the soundtrack is great to immerse you inside the game, the inventory system is creative, the gameplay is really old-school, and even to die-hard FPS players, this game may prove to be an huge challenge at higher difficulties, AND IT IS FREE.

If you thought an assault rifle with infinite ammo was already pretty darn badass, then i dont know what to call that book.

FYI, the weapons and misc found inside that room can only be accessed after beating the game and completing certain challenges such as beating the game on higher difficulties, finding secrets, getting all the endings, etc.
