I'd also like to point out that PC > Consoles but then a certain Youtube video creator may or may not make a video with a description that reads: "Fuck PC gamers, arrogant elitist assholes".

there is an option when starting steam called playstation players first time signing in?

and clicking that takes you to another page where you can connect to your playstation account if you have played portal 2 and create an account

steam just adds psn_ to the username
