I was a frequent lurker, but found myself posting more often so now I'm here introducing myself.

 

I'm 23 years old and from Ontario, Canada.

 

On my spare time I'm either playing a video game, or reading a manga chapter.

 

I just finished 5 years of college, and taking a bit of time off to relax before I start working... Actually I probably should have started by now... Maybe in a bit.

And no... I've never been to big on Historical Manga... Except Vinland Saga... But they're vikings, so that story is naturally awesome, it hooked me with a giant bloody battle scene on the first chapter.

 

But I've got nothing better to do at the moment other than loiter around this forum, so I'll look into it.

It's historical but has great characters and a very cool style. I never really gave it much thought that it was historical.

Not fantastic. Old days Japan with sword fights between samurai's, I find the setting a bit stale. It's the historicalness of it.

 

Despite that, peace loving, chemist, hippie man with duel personality of sword slinging murderer is an interesting concept. Plus it's got 300+ chapters. I hate it when stories end too damn quickly. It's too bad it's completed, but I'll definitely give it a read. Hopefully the historical staleness doesn't crush it.
