Eddie (Freeman's Mind/CP Crossover?)

In the Tunnel, Dave and Mike are searching the man's hideout in the Miskatonic Tunnel. Dave complains that the man does not have anything good to steal and Mike responds that anything they find would have to turn it in anyway. Dave says, "To each their own" and Mike says that Dave has been hanging out with Eddie too much.

 

Do you think this "Eddie" is the same Eddie that Freeman mentions during Freeman's Mind?
