I use a 5-button Microsoft Intellimouse and it has been most excellent. Trouble is I don't think they still make the specific one I'm using anymore...

 

EDIT: Looks like they do, or a very slightly different version at any rate (its shape is a bit different to mine):

Looks pretty good! Think im gonna buy it if I don't find anyone who has this MSI.

I need a mouse with more than 2 buttons so I can set one to say "Spy" when I'm playing TF2.

 

You could always buy a Razer lachesis, It's good if you have a claw grip, like me, but it's too light and it tends to move upwards when I click it, it's maddening.

 

Which is why I want that MadCatz R.A.T. 9 gaming mouse.
