My girl friends react to the menstrual cycle very differently. One experiences pains during the period while other feels nothing and I have actually never really noticed any particular "bad days" that happen in a rhythmic pattern of 4 weeks or so. Like with pretty much everything else the individual is above generalizations.

 

(Yes, for some strange reason the menstrual cycle becomes a subject matter occasionally between me and (some of) my girl friends.)
