To remake or not to remake?

Looking back on my posts I seem really anti-Morrowind, that is not the case. Morrowind had a lot going for it, but I went in there expecting quite a lot seeing as Oblivion is my favorite game of all time. I guess it just didn't live up to what I'd hoped for.

I'm just going to ignore the last post in case I begin to cut myself though.

We're talking about a game released in 2002, when texturing objects with bitmaps was still mostly how we got things done. In fact, giving the circumstances, I'd say they did a damn good job on that game in most aspects.

I don't want to get into another one of these arguments.

I think they should do a remake of Morrowind because I think it would be far better if it was ported onto the Creation engine so it could have physics, a UI that isn't incredibly confusing, better graphics, smart AI, good animations and fluid combat along with voice acting which shouldn't be that costly as the script has already been written.

It is of my opinion that Morrowind would benefit from being remade.

But that would mean I can't do pillow art anymore!

I remember hearing of a guy who built a scale model of balmora out of pillows

also, what about Morrowind's story isn't amazing? What are your reasons for saying it isn't good?

Because it's a game story. The only game story that I find to be amazing is Dear Esther's, and Dear Esther can't really be classified as a game TBH.

Yes it's my reason. People have different tastes in storytelling, I don't see why you think me having my own opinions are stupid.

good animations .

on the creation engine? Nope, nope, nope.

although Morrowind with better combat and a better UI does sound good, I'll give you that.
